DESCRIPTION

Lotus Garments Group invest a lot of time and energy in developing the look of denim; the features that the consumer see, feel and touch. A close cooperation with our partners ensure us to have the perfect cast of the indigo and the visual characteristics of the denim. We closely control the spinning and weaving process to guarantee the best fabric strength. We evaluate the denim construction and weight to guarantee the fabric quality.
Tests and wearing simulations are standard procedure to determined strength and weaknesses of the fabric as well as taking a close look at the rub off effect etc. This is one of the most important processes – to understand what the jeans will look like over a period of time.
