Under GTEX MENATEX project, AECE participated in "Go to market strategies & Business development for the US market" webinar in order to evaluate alternative strategies for developing exports to the US market and to provide an update on US apparel market developments. The webinar identified potential market entry strategies based on business type, including market segmentation, branding, promotional strategy and channel selection. Also, US buyers’ imperatives, such as customer service, speed, flexibility, dependability and technology requirements for product development and the supply chain.
