Description	Apparel Export Council of Egypt and Egypt Textiles Export Council, in collaboration with the Industrial Modernization Center IMC, organized a virtual webinar titled "Global Certification and Technical Support Services in the Technological Component of the Apparel and Textiles Sectors". The webinar was opened by Mrs. Sherin Hosni, Executive Director of the Apparel Export Council of Egypt, Ms. Rasha Fahem, Executive Director of the Egypt Textiles Export Council, and Mr. Sami Nagib, Head of the Textile Industries Sector at the Industrial Modernization Center. Also Ms. Engy Ali, Director of Competitiveness and Productivity Improvement at the Industrial Modernization Center, and Dr. Dina Mahmoud, Director of the Competitiveness Program at the Industrial Modernization Center, presented the IMC’s initiative to support international compliance certifications such as BSCI, GRS, GOTS, SEDEX, and WRAP. Additionally, Mr. Ahmed Nuno, Founder of Garment IO, presented the company’s digital transformation programs and how they can assist apparel and textile factories in increasing their productivity and enhancing efficiency within their operations.
