Description	For the second time and as AECE members requests; Apparel Export Council of Egypt in collaboration with Trade project organized today a workshop on "Costing & Pricing", to shed light on one of the most important topics in the international trade which is how to set price and determine the cost of the products. Many topics have been discussed like: - Review and analyse company requirements or problems in setting prices, assist in the development of configurations’ approaches and system to provide cost effective solutions that ensure profitability. - Perform analysis and cost estimates, prepare cost estimates, review the budget, perform value and risk management exercises, benchmark the requirement of the company’s product(s) against similar products, prepare cash flow projections and cost plans. - Develop cost model(s) appropriate for the company’s product(s). - Analyze the pricing structure of the company’s products, in comparison to the pricing values in the targeted local and international markets, based on each company product list.
