Description	Apparel Export Council of Egypt, in collaboration with Trade USAID, organized a training program titled "Export Financing and Trade Finance Tools." The training was opened by Mrs. Sherin Hosni, AECE Executive Director, and presented by banking expert Dr. Khaled Haggag. The program covered essential trade finance terms and concepts, highlighting the role of financial institutions in trade transactions. It also focused on how to apply key trade finance tools such as open account payments, advance payments, and letters of credit. Participants learned how to use letters of credit as a financing tool for exporters and were introduced to the different types of letters of credit. Additionally, a comprehensive guide on documentary collections was presented, along with an exploration of various types of bank guarantees and their applications in trade transactions. Upon completing the training, certificates of completion were awarded to the participants.
