Opportunities for intra-regional trade and collaboration along the T&C sector in the MENA region

Under GTEX MENATEX programme, AECE participated in “Opportunities for intra-regional trade and collaboration along the T&C sector in the MENA region” webinar to present the in-depth study which carried out by GTEX MENATEX in collaboration with Euromonitor International in order to identify opportunities for collaboration and trade along the T&C value chain among the 4 members of Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia. Also, the webinar presented and discussed regional insights emanating from the in-depth study; the work undertaken by the Agadir Technical Unit aimed at increasing regional integration along the T&C value chain, how to implement the relevant opportunities emerging from the study; and how to adopt an action plan aiming at enhancing trade and investment in the context of the Agadir Agreement.
