Our story began with an intension to build a decent Garment Export factory that can cater to quality apparel needs. Strategically situated in Egypt’s Alexandria Free Zone, our state-of-the-art facility caters to European and American Apparel needs. HeatherTex maintains a modern and efficient production unit, with our integrated production facility including:
• Cutting.
• Printing.
• Sewing.
• Packing.
From its initial phase of 3 sewing lines, we have grown to 10 sewing lines in merely 2 ½ years.
Over the period of short time HeatherTex is known to be the most upcoming manufacturer of quality Export Apparel in its region, In mid-2021 we put an ambitious expansion plan of phase-2, which will provide us to accommodate 15 additional sewing lines by the end of 2022 The Production Capacity is projected to reach a total of 500,000 pcs per month by the beginning of 2023 In addition, we are building an in-house silk screen printing facility that can screen print 5000 garments per day. We are determined and willing to enhance and upgrade the facility whenever we felt potential.
